We are looking for a Healthcare Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in healthcare marketing.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies

2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

3. Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media

4. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals

5. Create and manage marketing budgets

6. Oversee the production of marketing materials and content

7. Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations

8. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
