Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Hospital Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, supporting hospital departments, managing patient records and documentation, assisting with scheduling and appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily hospital administration and healthcare administrative operations.
  • Support the smooth operation of hospital departments, clinics, reception, and administrative services.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, admissions, discharges, transfers, and follow-up services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, medical documentation, administrative files, and healthcare records.
  • Prepare administrative reports, operational summaries, patient statistics, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Maintain databases, electronic health records, patient management systems, and administrative software.
  • Ensure patient information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with hospital policies and applicable regulations.
  • Respond professionally to patient complaints, concerns, and service requests and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Monitor office supplies, medical administrative materials, stationery, and other operational requirements.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, departmental coordination, meetings, and internal communication when required.
  • Support hospital quality assurance, compliance, health and safety, and infection control procedures.
  • Assist management with improving patient experience, administrative efficiency, and healthcare service delivery.
  • Maintain professional communication with patients, families, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hospital procedures, healthcare standards, and UAE regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Professional, patient-focused, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
