SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a Government Healthcare Facility. In this vital role, you will provide expert plastic and reconstructive surgical care to patients within the public healthcare system, supporting a diverse patient population with varying medical and aesthetic needs.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing conditions requiring plastic surgery, performing a variety of surgical procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. You will also play a key role in promoting best practices, maintaining high ethical standards, and contributing to healthcare initiatives aimed at improving community health.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and consultations to determine suitable surgical interventions.
- Perform both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures following government healthcare protocols.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient management.

Requirements
- Medical degree with valid license to practice as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery.
- Experience in performing reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of government healthcare protocols, policies, and patient management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions in a public healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to structured organizational environments.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Previous experience in government healthcare facilities is preferred.
