About the Role

Neuropedia is looking for a warm, organized, and tech-savvy Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator – Female Only to join our team. We are seeking someone with a medical background who can deliver exceptional patient care at the front desk while keeping our daily clinic operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome children and parents at the front desk, ensuring a friendly, comfortable, and stress-free environment.
  • Manage patient appointments and doctor schedules across different specialties, making sure there are no overlaps or scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly, using clear medical understanding to answer family questions and assist our doctors.
  • Process new patient registrations, consent forms, insurance approvals, and front-desk payments accurately.
  • Work closely with the clinical and insurance teams to ensure smooth patient visits, follow-ups, and paperwork.
  • Keep patient files, appointment records, and daily correspondence up to date.
  • Send timely appointment reminders, schedule updates, and follow-up notices to families.
  • Stay calm, friendly, and efficient during busy clinic hours or when assisting concerned parents.

Candidate Requirements

  • Educational background or degree in Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, or Allied Health (from home country or UAE) to easily understand medical terms and clinic procedures.
  • 2–3 years of experience working at a healthcare front desk, as a clinic receptionist, or in a patient care role.
  • Good technical skills with clinic software, electronic medical records, MS Office, and messaging tools.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; Arabic is a big plus.
  • A valid UAE Driver’s License is preferred for occasional travel between locations.
  • Great attention to detail, clear phone etiquette, and a calm, caring attitude with families.
