We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical coding, with specific expertise in approvals, claim verification and/or submissions. The Medical Coder will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely approval and processing of medical claims, compliance with insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle coding and pre-authorization for outpatient services.

Review medical records and ensure appropriate coding based on clinical documentation.

Ensure accuracy in coding and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical coding, with specific experience in insurance approvals , claim processing and/or submission within the UAE

Practical experience in insurance approvals, claim verification, processing, and/or submission.

Good knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and insurance billing practices.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using medical coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

CPC medical coding certification is mandatory.

Experience with UAE healthcare insurance systems and e-claim platforms will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
