ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our Administration team. The role involves assisting with local purchasing, basic accounting tasks, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

· Process purchase requests and coordinate with local suppliers.

· Deals with the insurance, renewal of contract and other coordination with externals.

· Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry and follow-up collections.

· Provide general administrative support with other departments, including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.

· Maintaining the warehouse and stock management.

· Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

· 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Knowledge in providing admin support

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and purchasing processes is an advantage.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
