Job Title: Hairdresser
Location: Ivy Beauty & Bubbles, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 5,000–18,000 per month (depending on experience/position)

About the role:
Ivy Beauty & Bubbles is looking for a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our upscale salon in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality hair services, provide excellent client care, and contribute to a professional, welcoming salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Women’s hair cutting, styling, and blow-drying
  • Women’s hairdressing services (hair coloring, keratin, deep-conditioning, repair treatments)
  • Client consultations to determine desired looks and appropriate care
  • Comfortable with retail sales and product recommendations - proactively promote and upsell salon products to clients while maintaining excellent client service
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon areas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a hairdresser
  • Relevant qualifications or professional certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in cutting and coloring techniques
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Team player with a professional attitude and flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
  • Conversational English required, additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to complete visa process
