Job Details

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, company policies, and workplace safety standards across the organization.

Plan and carry out workplace well-being surveys, risk assessments, and preventive health and safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment.

Support the development of a healthy workplace by encouraging both physical safety and employee well-being.

Monitor the results of risk assessments and work with departments to develop, implement, and follow up on corrective action plans.

Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on workplace safety procedures, accident prevention, and mental well-being initiatives.

Support continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening health, safety, and workplace development programs.

Serve as secretary for the Main Security and Cooperation Committee (HSSU), preparing meeting agendas, maintaining records, and handling related administrative duties.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, incident records, and compliance files related to occupational health and safety activities.

Identify workplace hazards through regular inspections and recommend practical measures to reduce risks and improve safety performance.

Assist in organizing safety training sessions, awareness campaigns, and employee communication related to health and safety practices.

Job Experience Requirements

Relevant education or practical experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.

Previous experience or a strong interest in workplace safety, risk prevention, and health and safety improvement initiatives.

Good IT skills with the ability to use digital systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications effectively.

Experience in administrative support, documentation management, and office procedures is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

Ability to work independently while supporting managers and employees in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and follow up on safety-related actions.:::
