• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
• Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requests.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support HR projects, policies, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
