Salary: AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month (based on experience & package)

About the role

We are hiring experienced, caring caregivers to join our Dubai-based team supporting families with the elderly-caregivers to provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable support to senior clients in their homes. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, maintaining personal comfort and safety, providing companionship, and supporting the client’s independence and dignity. This role requires patience, empathy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following the client’s individual care plan.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Helping with walking, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
  • Preparing meals and supporting feeding and hydration
  • Providing medication reminders according to the prescribed schedule
  • Accompanying the elderly person to appointments, walks, or family activities
  • Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Supporting seniors with dementia or memory difficulties through calm routines and supervision
  • Monitoring general wellbeing, appetite, sleep, mobility, mood, and behaviour
  • Reporting any concerning changes to the family or supervising healthcare professional
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe living environment
  • Assisting with light household tasks related to the client’s care
  • Encouraging appropriate movement, exercises, and daily activities
  • Supporting bedtime routines and overnight supervision when required
  • Helping maintain dignity, independence, privacy, and quality of life

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional elderly-care experience (agency, hospital, or private family)
- Minimum 2 years of professional nursing assistant experience (agency, hospital, or private family)

- Good spoken English

- Currently in the UAE

- References from previous employers (we will check)

Preferred
- Southeast Asia Candidates
- Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

- Newborn Care Specialist, nursing, or early-childhood training

- Experience with twins or premature babies

- First aid / CPR certified
