We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with order tracking, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and internal departments. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer requests efficiently through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in managing and updating customer information through the CRM system.
• Monitor customer orders, service requests, and support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Guide customers in using the online platform and assist with simple technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Support the team in improving overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience using CRM systems or customer support tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Basic understanding of online platforms or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
