GRP/FRP Works Foreman

Role:

To supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our GRP manufacturing team in the factory and at project sites when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and allocate daily work to factory and site workers.

Follow up production and ensure assigned jobs are completed properly and on time.

Guide workers in GRP fabrication, lamination, finishing and related works.

Monitor workmanship, material usage and general housekeeping.

Ensure basic safety requirements and proper use of PPE.

Coordinate with management regarding manpower, materials and work progress.

Supervise GRP installation, lamination and repair works at project sites when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing/fabrication preferred.

GRP/FRP manufacturing experience will be an advantage.

Basic ability to understand drawings, measurements and work instructions.

Ability to supervise and work effectively with a team of workers.

Working communication skills in Hindi are required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

UAE experience will be an advantage.
