Full job description
Chicken House, a Arabic restaurant located in JVC, Dubai, is looking for an experienced Grill Chef (BBQ Chef) to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in grilling and BBQ.
- Experience in preparing and grilling chicken, kebabs, shish tawook, and other Arabic grilled items.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill menu items according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate kitchen requirements.
Location: JVC, Dubai, UAE
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
