Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing attractive and functional product packaging, food labels, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals that align with our brand identity and product requirements.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of packaging design, print production, typography, and colour management, along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, printing suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and high-quality design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop product packaging, food labels, stickers, cartons, wrappers, and other packaging materials.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and product positioning.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and production files according to printer specifications.
• Ensure packaging layouts, product names, ingredients, nutritional information, barcodes, expiry date areas, and other mandatory details are correctly positioned and formatted.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure packaging artwork meets applicable food labelling requirements.
• Review and revise artwork based on internal feedback, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with printing vendors and packaging suppliers to ensure colour accuracy, print quality, and final output consistency.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, social media creatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across different product lines and marketing channels.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain organized artwork files, design assets, and packaging versions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles, typography, and layout is required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web design and UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
