We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Canva Designer who can create professional, visually compelling, and brand-consistent designs across multiple platforms. This role is strictly for candidates with advanced Canva expertise and proven design experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality social media creatives, ads, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Create professional presentations, pitch decks, company profiles, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop visually engaging infographics, brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Produce creative content for marketing campaigns, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver impactful visual content.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, Canva features, and visual storytelling techniques.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Canva (not basic or beginner level)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work
  • Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
  • Experience creating social media campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Ability to create original, modern, and visually engaging designs
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working with corporate brands, agencies, or high-growth businesses.
