Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain records, files, and company documents.
- Support HR, recruitment, payroll, and employee-related administrative work.
- Coordinate with suppliers, government departments, and business partners when required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business activities.
- Perform data entry and ensure information accuracy.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, assistant, coordinator, or related experience.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is required.
- Chinese language skills are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
