ABOUT THE COMPANY

JOB PURPOSE
The Government Relations Associate coordinates and manages all government-related activities, including visa processing, trade license issues, legal permits, sponsorship relations, and interactions with ministries (Labor, Immigration, Health, etc.), ensuring efficient administration processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with the relevant hierarchy to manage the visa process for future joiners.
- Process, validate, and submit the quarterly and yearly NSSF (National Social Security Fund) and MOF (Ministry of Finance) declarations.
- Process employees’ National Social Security procedures, schedule monthly payments of family allowances, and ensure timely compliance with governmental department deadlines.
- Manage the initiation and renewal of all employees' governmental documentation to ensure accurate filing in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Assist new joiners in completing government-related forms.
- Handle requests for visas, passports, work permits, residence permits, and social security, ensuring proper registration, documentation, approval, and prompt processing through appropriate authorities.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Specific Skills
- Relevant knowledge of labor law and visa processes.
EDUCATION
High school degree.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to two years of experience in Administration, or a similar role.
