As a Specialist Pediatrician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to children, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of childhood illnesses. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support the health and wellbeing of the pediatric population served by government healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed medical assessments and physical examinations of pediatric patients within government healthcare settings.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric diseases and conditions.
  • Administer vaccinations and implement preventive healthcare programs for children.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with government healthcare protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote child health.

Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Pediatrician.
  • Experience working in government healthcare or public health settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine, including preventive care and public health principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work within the framework of government healthcare policies and regulations.
