Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and support basic digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, administrative experience, and a good understanding of digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Support social media management and content posting.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on digital campaigns.
- Respond to basic website, social media, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Admin, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and online marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
