Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time

Black Swan is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage campaigns across our business setup, business center, and real estate services. The ideal candidate can generate qualified leads, optimise advertising spend, and connect campaign performance to sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular search term reviews.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team on campaign assets.
• Develop targeting strategies for UAE audiences and international investors.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, testing, and campaign performance.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Track website forms, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries accurately.
• Work with the sales team to assess lead quality and identify campaigns generating customers.
• Recommend landing page improvements to increase conversions.
• Use AI tools to support research, copywriting, analysis, and optimisation, with proper quality checks.
• Prepare clear reports covering spend, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, and sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the UAE.
• A track record of generating qualified leads within agreed budgets.
• Strong knowledge of keyword targeting, negative keywords, bidding, and campaign optimisation.
• Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and turn findings into clear actions.
• Experience using AI tools in a digital marketing workflow.
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience in business setup, real estate, or office rental campaigns is an advantage.
• Arabic campaign experience, CRM integration knowledge, and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
