HR Officer

Job description:

. Experience in administering biometric machines and attendance monitoring and calculations.

. Experience in administering payroll and ensuring timely salary payments.

. Managing employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

. Experienced in handling, following up and registering employees annual leaves and all other leaves.

· Support all internal and external HR/Admin-related inquiries or requests.

· Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

· Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

· Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.

.UAE Labor Law knowledge is a must.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.

· Knowledge of accounting and finance

· Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

· Good English skills (both spoken and written);

· Good computer skills

· 3 years of experience as an HR Officer using Excel (essential).
