Job Type: Full-time

Location:Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Description

Swift Global Consulting is looking for a motivated and target-driven Global Migration Programs Consultant to promote our international migration and overseas career programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to convert leads into successful clients.

Australia

  • Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients.
  • Explain migration pathways and available programs.
  • Generate new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM records and client documentation.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Immigration Consultancy.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
