We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-General Manager to lead the growth and operations of the platform from the ground up.

Role Overview

The Founding General Manager will be responsible for building, operating, and scaling the entire platform. This includes content acquisition, instructor partnerships, business development, marketing leadership, team building, operational management, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines experience in education, digital platforms, business development, and team leadership. This role is designed for someone who can act as the operational leader of the company and build a world-class medical education business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Growth

* Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy.

* Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.

* Build strategic partnerships with universities, hospitals, medical societies, and healthcare organizations.

* Create annual business plans and growth targets.

Content Acquisition & Instructor Partnerships

* Recruit leading physicians, educators, and healthcare experts as instructors.

* Negotiate and manage content licensing and revenue-sharing agreements.

* Build a pipeline of medical courses, certifications, webinars, and educational programs.

* Ensure content quality and commercial viability.

Platform Operations

* Oversee daily operations of the platform.

* Coordinate with technical teams and vendors.

* Improve user experience and operational efficiency.

* Establish internal processes and reporting systems.

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

* Build and lead marketing initiatives.

* Supervise digital marketing activities including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.

* Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.

* Monitor marketing performance and ROI.

Team Building & Leadership

* Recruit and manage internal teams and external contractors.

* Establish performance metrics and accountability systems.

* Create a high-performance culture focused on growth and execution.

Financial & Commercial Management

* Manage operational budgets.

* Monitor revenue, profitability, and key business metrics.

* Develop monetization strategies and pricing models.

* Report performance directly to shareholders and investors.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Education, Marketing, or related field.

* Minimum 7 years of leadership experience.

* Proven experience in EdTech, online learning, digital platforms, SaaS, media, or related industries.

* Experience managing cross-functional teams.

* Strong business development and partnership experience.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Fluent English (required).

* Arabic is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in medical education or healthcare.

* Existing network within healthcare, medical training, universities, or professional education sectors.

* Experience launching or scaling online education businesses.

* Experience working in international markets.
