Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator / WH Officer

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Location: CDGT KIZAD Warehouse, Abu Dhabi UAE

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

1. Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns processes. The role is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, safety compliance, and team performance in line with company SOPs and WMS standards.

2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Warehouse Operations

· Assist in managing end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns)

· Ensure smooth daily workflow and adherence to SOPs

· Monitor operational efficiency and resolve bottlenecks

· Support implementation of WMS processes and improvements

2.2 Inventory Management

· Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure system accuracy

· Support cycle counts and full stock counts

· Investigate stock variances (shortages, excess, damages)

· Ensure proper handling of high-value and sensitive items

· Monitor expiry, slow-moving, and obsolete stock

2.3 Team Supervision

· Supervise warehouse supervisors, pickers, packers, and support staff

· Allocate tasks and monitor performance

· Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity

· Conduct regular briefings and shift handovers

2.4 Receiving & Dispatch Control

· Ensure correct receiving against Purchase Orders (POs)

· Verify quantities, quality, and documentation accuracy

· Oversee dispatch accuracy and on-time delivery performance

· Ensure proper loading procedures and vehicle checks

2.5 Safety & Compliance

· Enforce warehouse safety SOPs and standards

· Ensure proper use of PPE and material handling equipment

· Monitor forklift, OP (Order Picker), and ladder safety compliance

· Report and investigate incidents and near misses

2.6 Process Improvement

· Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

· Support automation and WMS enhancement initiatives

· Assist in SOP development and implementation

· Participate in continuous improvement programs

2.7 Reporting & Administration

· Prepare operational reports (inventory, dispatch, damages, productivity)

· Monitor KPIs and escalate issues to Warehouse Manager

· Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness

· Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service teams

2.8 Returns & Reverse Logistics

· Oversee returns processing and validation

· Ensure proper inspection and classification of returned items

· Coordinate with CS and Procurement on return approvals

· Ensure system updates and inventory adjustments

5. Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)

· 3–6 years of warehouse/logistics experience

· Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory or relavant role

· Experience in FMCG, beverage, or retail distribution is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
