The role involves delivering professional, ethical, and high-quality clinical services to patients efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing clinical risks, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and quality standards, maintaining accurate medical records, and upholding good medical practice through continuous professional development for oneself and others. Additionally, it emphasizes maintaining integrity by providing ethical and responsible clinical services


  • Identifies and understands the needs and expectations of clients in a professional manner, and shares with relevant team members.

  • Continuously builds and shares knowledge to deliver expert service within own scope of work, drawing on expertise of others as needed, and shares knowledge.

  • Responds to client complaints in a timely and effective manner and provides feedback on progress.

  • Keeps clients up to date with relevant and accurate information and involves them in decisions that affects them.

  • Focuses on consistently delivering a positive client experience.

  • Completes tasks in accordance with set procedures and guidelines.

At least 2–3 years’ experience in the relevant specialised department in a private hospital setting

Work experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator.

Basic medical degree recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.

Diploma or a training in a speciality recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.

Active and valid life support certification (e.g. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP)
