Job Summary

Saudi German Clinic – Dubai Sports City is seeking a qualified and patient-focused General Practitioner to join the clinic on a part-time basis. The GP will provide high-quality primary healthcare services, diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, and ensure an excellent patient experience while complying with DHA requirements and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Request and interpret laboratory tests, imaging and other diagnostic investigations.
• Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, vaccination and lifestyle counselling.
• Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when further assessment or treatment is required.
• Manage minor injuries and provide initial care for medical emergencies within the clinic’s scope.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records.
• Prepare medical reports, referrals, prescriptions and insurance documentation.
• Follow up with patients and monitor their response to treatment.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow DHA regulations, infection-control standards and clinic policies.
• Support patient retention and the ethical growth of GP services at the clinic.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement activities and staff meetings when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• MBBS, MD or an equivalent recognised medical qualification.
• Valid DHA professional licence or eligibility and ability to obtain a part-time licence.
• Relevant clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and patient-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Arabic and/or Russian language skills are highly preferred.

Working Conditions

• Part-time position for 3–4 days per week.
• Total working hours of 24–32 hours per week.
• Working days and timings will be scheduled according to clinic requirements.
• Compensation will include a fixed basic salary plus revenue-sharing incentives.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
