Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated General Manager to one of our subsidiary company to lead our Food Production & Trading business and drive sustainable growth across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall business operations and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Develop and expand sales across Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, and Trading channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with food traders, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and expand the customer network.
  • Oversee operations related to our vegetable farms, poultry farms, and meat production.
  • Manage the sourcing and import of food products from international markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Travel to our Al Ain farm operations as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the FMCG/Food Industry.
  • Proven success in managing and growing Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, and Trading businesses.
  • Strong network within the UAE food trading industry and the ability to build relationships with traders and distributors.
  • Experience in food production, imports, supply chain, and distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and achieve commercial targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, business development, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Salary:AED 20,000 – 35,000/month + Attractive Performance Commission
