Full job description

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented 'IT Security Officer' to lead the development, implementation, and management of our organization's comprehensive cybersecurity program. This is a full-time job based in Abu Dhabi.

Required candidate profile:

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Security (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional Certification: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
  • 4–5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, ideally in aviation, aerospace, or defense industry
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 27001
  • Proficiency in security technologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of network and cloud protocols, architecture, vulnerability Management, and security

Desirable Criteria

  • Understanding of cybersecurity in aviation systems: EFBs, flight data, maintenance systems, and digital record management
  • Proven experience preparing for regulatory audits, internal Audits, and vendor security reviews
  • Immediate availability to join
