About our Train for Work program
The Train for Work program at Mubadala Energy is a specialized two-year initiative aimed at fresh graduates, designed to equip them with the skills and experiences necessary to succeed in the energy sector. The program focuses on providing hands-on experience through real-world projects, mentorship from industry experts, and structured training sessions.
The goal is to nurture young talent, develop technical and professional competencies, and ultimately prepare participants for full-time roles within Mubadala Energy or the broader industry.
Its part of the broader effort to support the growth of UAE nationals in the workforce and aligns with Mubadala's commitment to contributing to the countrys development by fostering local talent.
