A leading Chinese manufacturer with an established sales office in Dubai is expanding its presence across the Middle East and international markets and is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Executive with a background in furniture, wellness equipment, home furnishings, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B sales channels and generate new business opportunities across Dubai and the wider GCC market.
  • Conduct regular field visits to furniture retailers, home furnishing stores, hotels, serviced apartments, wellness centres, beauty salons, offices, and other potential clients.
  • Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with distributors, including exploring exclusive distribution and agency opportunities across GCC countries.
  • Identify and develop relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNWI) customers.
  • Lead sales negotiations, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and manage commercial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing regular updates on market trends and business opportunities.
  • Promote products through social media and other digital marketing and new-media channels.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales, market development, or channel sales.
  • Experience in furniture, wellness equipment, home furnishings, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and confident driving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to independently identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
