Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager
Location: UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Assign duties and manage staff schedules and daily tasks.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and properly prepared for service.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure company standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational issues to management.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures are followed.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff grooming standards.
  • Train and guide new and existing team members when required.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues appropriately.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports when required.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager with daily operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, F&B Supervisor, or similar role.
  • UAE experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
