As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Food & Beverage division and are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the successful operation of our vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant brands.

We are looking for a passionate leader with strong operational expertise, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with food safety regulations. The successful candidate will lead restaurant teams, optimize business performance, and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant outlets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and consistently high dining experiences.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance, sales, profitability, and operating costs.
• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant managers and staff.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, recruitment, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and municipality requirements.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost control.
• Review financial reports, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement continuous service improvements.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and health & safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong understanding of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food service operations.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant financial management, budgeting, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Strong understanding of UAE food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
