Mamá Dolores is a hospitality brand focused on quality dining experiences, excellent customer service, and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, support team performance, and maintain high service standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and service teams
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address guest feedback professionally
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational coordination
  • Support budgeting, inventory control, and cost management processes
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company service standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to achieve business goals

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Experience with reporting, scheduling, and operational procedures
