About MILS Café

MILS Café is a Dubai-based Global Fusion Food Café built around the concept “Passport to Global Flavors" having delicacies from more than 15 countries. As we prepare for our next phase of expansion, we are looking for a commercially driven Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet and help establish the operating standards for future MILS outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Drive sales, average ticket size and overall outlet profitability.
  • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and customer experience.
  • Control food cost, wastage, inventory and labour cost.
  • Lead, train and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to MILS SOPs, hygiene and food-safety standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews and service quality.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to maximize walk-ins, delivery and catering opportunities.
  • Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly outlet performance reports.
  • Take ownership of outlet P&L and business performance.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of F&B experience, preferably in UAE.
  • Previous Restaurant/Outlet Manager experience.
  • Strong understanding of food cost, inventory and P&L.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and improve profitability.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, disciplined and customer-focused.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience with café/restaurant chains is an advantage.

Ideal candidate: A business-minded restaurant professional who can run the operation, grow the sales and protect the MILS standard.
