Job Type: Full-Time
Medical Village is looking for a professional and organized Reception team member to manage patient inquiries, appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage WhatsApp, email, and reception communications
- Coordinate between patients and doctors
- Assist with administrative and secretarial duties
- Maintain patient records and follow-ups
- Support basic social media and digital tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Persian (Farsi)
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and patient-focused attitude
- Medical reception or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
Work Location: Medical Village, Dubai
