Operations Manager

Strategic Operations & Executive Support

• Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
• Ensure departmental efficiency and alignment with organizational goals through structured planning and performance oversight.
• Implement operational policies, allocate resources effectively, and deliver constructive feedback to clinical and non-clinical employee.
• Work closely with the HR department to support recruitment, staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and strategic goals.
• Monitor compliance with DHA, DOH, and other regulatory bodies.

Marketing & Business Development

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, monthly promotions, annual calendars, and campaign rollouts.
• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Oversee implementation of marketing materials and digital content, including social media, influencer collaborations, and event planning.
• Monitor CRM reports to track client acquisition, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure marketing efforts reflect the company’s brand image and contribute to expanding the customer base.
• Collaborate with CEO to develop and implement financial strategies aimed at driving sustainable clinic growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and service gaps.
• Analyze revenue streams, patient demographics, and service performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, forecasting models, and performance dashboards to support executive planning.
• Lead initiatives to diversify service offerings and improve operational efficiency in alignment with market demands and client expectations.
• Support new branch development through financial planning, cost analysis, and ROI projections to ensure strategic expansion.

Training & Professional Development

• Design and coordinate training programs for clinical and non-clinical employee to uphold clinical standards and service quality.
• Support HR department for new joiners with onboarding materials and ensure effective implementation of protocols.
• Prepare treatment presentations and SOPs to standardize procedures and enhance operational clarity.
• Champion continuous professional development and report directly to CEO on growth initiatives.

Experience:

• Derma Aesthetic Clinic : 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic or European (Preferred)
