Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Junior / Fresh Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team in Dubai. This is an entry-level position designed for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on site management, structural execution, and civil contracting experience in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Supervision: Assist in day-to-day site execution, ensuring structural and civil works follow approved drawings and specifications.
  • Setting Out & Layout: Perform level checks, measurements, and basic setting-out on site.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Support the site team in monitoring labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with basic safety guidelines and maintain quality control across ongoing site activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily site progress reports, log work records, and update the Senior Project Engineer on field progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, reading structural/architectural drawings, and MS Excel.
  • Key Attributes: Strong work ethic, adaptability to site conditions, clear communication skills, and willingness to learn UAE construction standards.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,500 / month (Fixed Base)
  • Accommodation & Transport: Provided by company (or allowance as per company policy)
  • Visa: Employment Visa & work permit provided by the company
