DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with airline operations

Manage schedules, passengers and coordinate boarding and descending tasks with operators

Handle queries from customers and accommodating unforeseen events

Maintain records of all operated flights in a well-organized manner

Track flights and communicate with operators about the status of flights to maintain smooth operations

Ability to communicate information and instructions both written and verbally

Awareness of calculations related to flight operations

Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service

Liaise with other departments to accomplish better results

Arrange for services obtained from third party vendors

Ensure compliance with airline and civil aviation authority regulations and that safety measures are carried out through the entire operation

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Flight permit coordination and traffic rights.
• Airport slot coordination.
• Ground handling arrangements.
• Aircraft fuel arrangements.
• Flight schedule coordination and monitoring.
• Communication with international aviation authorities and service providers.
• Flight documentation and operational record management.
• Cost awareness and supplier coordination.
• Handling last-minute flight changes and operational disruptions.
• Working under pressure while managing multiple international flights.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Operations, or a related field
• Experience: 1–3 years in flight operations, aviation coordination, or a related role;
• Languages: Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and aviation-related operational systems
• Certifications: Aviation operations, flight dispatch, or other relevant aviation training is an advantage
• Work Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and outside normal office hours when required
