Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Office Driver to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced driver with excellent knowledge of Dubai roads who can ensure the safe and timely transportation of staff, documents, and company materials. The successful candidate will also assist with basic office support duties while maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations as required.
  • Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and other business-related materials promptly.
  • Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
  • Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, insurance, and vehicle registration renewals.
  • Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety policies during every trip.
  • Plan efficient travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic delays.
  • Assist with loading and unloading documents or light office supplies when required.
  • Support administrative staff with basic office errands and operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in Dubai.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
  • Clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
  • Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a courteous attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when business requirements demand.
