Job Summary

Darb Al Sahala Building Maintenance SPS LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong interest in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the construction and maintenance industry while gaining hands-on HSE experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HSE policies and procedures at project sites.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness programs.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses.
• Assist in preparing HSE reports, inspection records, and safety documentation.
• Participate in risk assessments and emergency drills.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA are an advantage (not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Abu Dhabi.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
