Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer to support liaison activities with manufacturers and to assist in project coordination for clients in the UAE. The role involves communication, preparation of vendor pre-qualification documents, and coordination with internal teams to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

This position is suitable for fresh engineering graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical and commercial communication with suppliers and internal departments
  • Assist in arranging the Shipment coordination from Suppliers to Project Locations
  • Prepare and compile vendor pre-qualification documents, registrations, and compliance submissions
  • Preparation of presentations, report and proposal documentation
  • Assist in coordination of project-related documentation and TPI correspondence
  • Maintain proper records of communications, submissions, and approvals
  • Support the project and business development teams as required

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome
  • Prior GCC / UAE experience is an advantage

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop software is preferred

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
