Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in formwork and scaffolding systems.

The role involves engaging with clients in the construction sector, understanding project requirements, and providing suitable technical and commercial solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering, design, operations, and logistics teams to support clients and develop business opportunities.

Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience or knowledge in formwork, scaffolding, construction, technical sales, or related industries will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
• Promote and provide technical support for our range of formwork and scaffolding solutions.
• Meet clients and participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable formwork and scaffolding solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, technical submittals, and other relevant commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal design, engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.
• Conduct project site visits and participate in client meetings to identify potential opportunities and support ongoing projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and other clients.
• Track and follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the construction industry.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge of formwork and scaffolding systems and improve sales and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in technical sales, construction, formwork, scaffolding, temporary works, or related industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge or understanding of formwork and/or scaffolding systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to understand construction drawings and project requirements is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop both technical and commercial knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering/design software is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Candidates without a UAE driving license may also be considered, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits when required.
