Full job description

We're Hiring: Admin Officer – JAFZA, Dubai

Danem Energy Oil & Gas FZCO based in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), is looking for an experienced Admin Officer to run our day-to-day administration independently.

What you'll handle:

  • An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Strong organization, clear verbal and written communication, and familiarity with standard office software (like Word and Excel)
  • Oversee daily office functions, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
  • All JAFZA portal work (Jafza One / Dubai Trade) – trade license renewals, NOCs, approvals
  • Employee visa processing – new visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID & medicals
  • Gate passes – employee, visitor, vehicle, and material passes
  • Payroll through WPS, leave records, and medical insurance administration
  • Staff accommodation and transport management
  • Maintain and manage employees’ personal records, provide new employees with comprehensive briefings on company policies and procedures, and ensure consistent compliance with established organizational guidelines.
  • General office admin, document control, and coordination and attend meeting with authorities

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years UAE admin/PRO experience, with hands-on JAFZA or free-zone experience (a must)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processing workflows
  • Experience in a fabrication or industrial company is a plus
  • Fluent English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic an advantage
  • Available in the UAE, immediate joiners preferred
