We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waitress/Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when requested.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Process customer payments and handle cash, card transactions, and receipts.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
  • Assist in preparing tables, replenishing condiments, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
