About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to join our Arabic restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Preferred Nationality: Lebanese
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Manager in the UAE
• Previous experience in an Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily floor operations
• Lead, motivate, and train the service team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor staff performance and maintain service quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations
