Job Title: Sales Executive – Formwork & Scaffolding

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to develop and grow our business within the UAE construction market.

The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of UAE experience in formwork and scaffolding sales, with strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
  • Promote and sell formwork and scaffolding products/services.
  • Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and construction companies.
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Follow up with clients and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to meet client requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of UAE sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience in formwork and scaffolding is mandatory.
  • Existing network within the UAE construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and capable of developing new accounts.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
