Full job description

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate all site activities for high‑rise tower projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage large manpower teams while ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations across civil, structural, and finishing works.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Construction Manager, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
  • Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and discipline on site.
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement/logistics for timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
  • Enforce HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress logs.
  • Report delays, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
  • Support coordination between civil and MEP teams for smooth interface works.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in building construction, including high‑rise tower projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and high‑rise work requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE authority regulations (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.).

Work Environment

  • Site‑based role; extended working hours may be required.
  • Reports to the Project Manager / Construction Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
