Job Summary

The General Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating multiple foremen and site crews across all construction activities on assigned projects. This role oversees daily site operations — including mason, carpenter, and steel fixer works — ensuring productivity, quality workmanship, proper material usage, and full compliance with HSE regulations across all work areas.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple foremen and their respective work crews, ensuring all teams are properly directed and working in sequence across all assigned site activities.
  • Oversee daily site operations across all construction activities, including mason, carpenter, and steel fixer works, maintaining productivity and workmanship standards throughout.
  • Identify site issues promptly and coordinate with site management to ensure quick and effective resolution without disruption to the construction programme.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Ensure all materials are properly used, stored, and protected on site, minimizing wastage and preventing damage to delivered or completed works.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across all site teams and work areas, taking immediate corrective action on any unsafe acts or conditions.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
