Alpha Sports Academy is a growing youth football academy in Dubai, delivering high quality coaching to children aged 5–14 across multiple venues. We're looking for a passionate, driven Assistant Head Coach to join our coaching team and help shape the next generation of players.

Role Overview
As Assistant Head Coach, you'll support the Head Coach in planning and delivering group training sessions, private coaching, and holiday camps across our venues. This is a hands on coaching role with real opportunity to grow into a senior position as the academy expands.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate football sessions for U7–U14 groups
• Support and occasionally lead private 1-on-1 and small group coaching sessions
• Assist in running school holiday camps
• Track player development and provide feedback to parents
• Maintain high standards of discipline, safety, and engagement during sessions
• Help manage session logistics (equipment, attendance, punctuality)
• Step in for the Head Coach when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' coaching experience with youth players (grassroots or academy level)
• Football coaching qualification (AFC/UEFA C License or equivalent) preferred
• Strong communication skills with children and parents
• Reliable, well-presented, and punctual
• Must be based in Dubai and able to work evenings/weekends
• Must have their own valid visa.
• UAE driving license preferred (multi-venue travel required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED150.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
