A full-time Quality Control Assistant is required for a state-of-the-art confectionery facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree or equivalent practical experience and will support the QA department in ensuring food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance. A strong understanding of GMP, hygiene standards, and basic testing procedures in a manufacturing environment is required.

Job Title: Quality Control Assistant Confectionery Facility (Full-Time)

Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai

Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 6,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product checks and assist in daily quality inspections
  • Maintain accurate testing and compliance records using Excel
