Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dairy operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor dairy production, processing, packaging, and storage activities, as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, shelf life, and proper storage conditions.
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate staff to achieve daily operational targets.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of dairy products, including maintaining the required cold chain.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, and product expiry.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, warehouse, and distribution teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and staff attendance.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dairy Supervisor or in dairy, food production, food processing, or FMCG operations.
• Knowledge of dairy products, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Good team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise employees and manage daily operational activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare operational reports.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a dairy manufacturing or food processing company.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
• Understanding of inventory control, cold-chain management, and waste reduction.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
