Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and inspire a food and beverage team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Culinary, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our venues while fostering a culture of outstanding service and continuous improvement.

Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to develop a high-performing team
Maintain keen attention to detail across all service operations, ensuring consistent quality standards and flawless execution
Deliver exceptional guest service by creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with patrons
Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings and provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house teams to identify and capitalize on new food and beverage opportunities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
Train and educate staff on proper food and beverage handling, service standards, and safety protocols
Manage conflict resolution professionally and efficiently while maintaining team morale and motivation
Operate point-of-sale systems and manage administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency
Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering results under pressure

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role in a high-volume hospitality environment
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a demonstrated commitment to staff development and team empowerment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings with the ability to provide expert recommendations
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or equivalent qualification recognized in the United Arab Emirates
Food safety and hygiene certification or equivalent knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices
Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both as part of a collaborative team and independently
Guest-obsessed mindset with a genuine passion for delivering memorable service experiences
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
