Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience from the first interaction until the guest departs.
• Build genuine rapport with guests and anticipate their needs throughout the dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu by explaining dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles with confidence.
• Provide recommendations tailored to guests' preferences, dietary requirements, and dining occasions.
• Ensure every table receives attentive, timely, and seamless service while maintaining REIF's premium casual standards.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, taking ownership to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.

Order Taking & Service Excellence

• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system with exceptional attention to detail.
• Understand guest preferences and confidently recommend suitable dishes, beverages, and menu combinations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate, timely, and smooth delivery of orders.
• Monitor each table throughout service, ensuring courses are served at the appropriate pace and guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Maintain full knowledge of daily specials, seasonal menus, limited-time offers, and menu updates.
• Ensure bills are prepared accurately and processed efficiently.

Upselling & Sales

• Practice consultative selling by naturally recommending dishes and beverages that enhance the guest's dining experience.
• Promote signature dishes, seasonal specials, premium ingredients, desserts, and beverage pairings.
• Confidently upsell premium sake, wines, cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages.
• Recommend additional items that complement guests' selections without being intrusive.
• Contribute to achieving restaurant sales targets through knowledgeable and guest-focused recommendations.

Operational Standards

• Maintain exceptional grooming and professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure assigned stations remain clean, organized, and fully prepared throughout service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties according to restaurant standards.
• Collaborate closely with runners, bartenders, kitchen, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient service.
• Support teammates during peak periods while maintaining consistent service quality.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
