Job Title: MOH Registered Nurse – Industrial Nurse

Job Summary

Pegasus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate MOH Registered Nurse to join our team as an Industrial Nurse in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing occupational health services, emergency medical care, and health promotion within an industrial setting while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
• Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct health assessments and maintain confidential medical records.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
• Support occupational health programs, including health education and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate referrals to hospitals or specialists when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and company health & safety policies.
• Maintain clinic inventory, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Assist during medical emergencies and workplace incident investigations.

Requirements

• Valid MOH Registered Nurse License (mandatory).
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; industrial or occupational health experience is an advantage.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in an industrial environment.
