About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead regulatory, AML, and risk management operations for a regulated FinTech and digital asset platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage regulatory compliance and reporting
- Develop AML/CFT frameworks
- Monitor transactions and risk
- Liaise with regulators and auditors
- Maintain internal policies and training
What We Need
- 5+ years in compliance or financial crime
- Experience in FinTech, crypto, or regulated finance
- Strong understanding of AML frameworks
