Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the UAE Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing industry to lead our finance operations and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets.
• Manage high-volume payroll and WPS processing for blue-collar and white-collar employees in compliance with MOHRE regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and all statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow, and working capital.
• Monitor project costing, labor cost analysis, profitability, and cost control across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
• Support senior management with financial planning, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• Minimum 4–5 years of managerial experience in the UAE Labor Supply/Manpower sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, MOHRE regulations, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing high-volume payroll for blue-collar workforces.
• Proficient in ERP/Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
