Full job description

It is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the company’s daily accounting and financial operations. The role includes preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accounting & Finance Officer will assist with budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Day-to-day tasks also include analyzing financial data, identifying variances, and providing insights to management for decision-making. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external auditors, and other stakeholders to support compliance, internal controls, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, with experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
